5 Easy Steps to a Freshly Painted Healthy Home
Prior to the start of your work, a few things will happen. Your color and finish selections will be reviewed with you. A starting date and approximate finish date will be worked out with you to fit your schedule. Other details will be discussed with you such as work times and access in order to make your experience with Mike the Green Painter as smooth as a coat of Benjamin Moore Regal Select.
Tacky mat at entrance to area being painted. No outside shoes. All furniture moved as necessary by our workers, items, and floors are covered with clean drop cloths. All outlet and plate covers removed. Walls and ceilings are inspected for cracks, filled, and sanded. All baseboards and frames are professionally taped.
This includes meticulous priming before applying two coats of quality paint of your choice. Our paints of choice include Benjamin Moore, C2 and Muralo.
4. Cleaning and Restoration
Rooms are returned to their prior state. This includes the moving of furniture. Tape is removed. Floors and carpets are swept and vacuumed. New outlet and plate covers are used. Windows in painted rooms are always washed and cleaned. All debris is removed from premises.
